Replace Kit Tags and Archive Kits or Kit Tags

Kits Page

This page shows all of the Kits that have been scanned into the KitCheck system. There is a drop-down menu that allows you to filter by Kit Master type, Kit Location, or Carts that Kits are on.

You can view the last scan of the kit as well as all previous scans by choosing the arrow next to the last scan. This screen will also tell you the location and cart of the kit if it has been dispatched.

Select the check box next to the kit master and click Replace Kit Tag

If a kit tag has been lost or damaged and users would like to replace it with a new kit tag of the same value, click Replace Kit Tag.

The system will prompt you to scan the replacement kit tag, and then click the "Replace Kit Tag" button to continue.  



Archive Kits or Kit Tags

In the event that a Kit or Kits need to be from KitCheck there are two options to archive such Kits or Kit tags.

To archive a single kit from the Kits Page, select the arrow next to the Kit's Physical Lab and click Archive Kit.

Once selected confirm the details of the Kit they are trying to archive. If the information listed is correct, hit Confirm. This Kit will no longer be present in the list of Kits.

To archive multiple Kits from the Kits Page, select the boxes next to the Kits you would like to archive. If needed, you can apply a filter to the page first to display only certain Kits and select the Kits to be archived. Then click Archive Kits.

Once selected, confirm the details of the Kits you are trying to archive. If the information listed is correct, hit Confirm. These Kits will no longer be present in the list of Kits.
