Welcome to KitCheck! This is a robust product that can help your hospital save time, effort, and money by:

  • Allowing you to easily refill existing trays
  • Create and inventory new trays
  • Track medication usage and shortages

And above all, help keep patients safe by monitoring and tracking expiring medications.

The KitCheck product is comprised of two major components:

  • The scanning station, a physical space where you place your trays, kits, and boxes to scan the RFID KitCheck tags attached to items.
    AND
  • The KitCheck application, where you create, configure, and customize your kits, bins, and carts, manage your formulary, create and print tags, and much more.

Take time to familiarize yourself with KitCheck Terminology. to give you context for some things you'll see in the application, as well as workflows and instructions you will read in this KitCheck knowledge base.

You can also view the KitCheck Practice Guide, as well as downloadable user guides you can customize for your workflow.
