Banner at top of KitCheck if using IE11 to access application

As of January 19, 2021, KitCheck will move to Limited Support for IE11.

If you log into KitCheck using IE11, you will see a banner display at the top of the page (see image below). The purpose of this banner is to inform all customers who may be using IE11 that while they can still continue to use IE11, we have officially moved this browser to Limited Support and we are no longer proactively testing new features in IE11. We will continue to review any IE11 reported issues and address critical issues if needed.

KitCheck provides Full Support for Chrome and Microsoft Edge. We highly encourage our users to move to using one of these platforms for KitCheck as soon as possible.

Why is KitCheck moving to limited support?

Microsoft is actively rolling out a phased termination of IE11, which has been a key driver in KitCheck’s decision to move to Limited Support for the browser.

What does this mean for my hospital?

Limited Support for IE11 will mean that you can continue to use IE11 to access KitCheck, however we will no longer be testing new features in IE11. If you identify an issue with KitCheck in IE11, issues can continue to be reported to our Support Team at 786-548-2432 ext. 2. The KitCheck Team will review and address critical issues.
