Duplicate Scanned Items

You might get a warning that there are tags in your kit that have been previously scanned and associated with another kit.

Resolve Duplicate Scanned Items

The solution for this problem is to rescan the current kit to get more information. Then you can identify from the Scan Summary or Scan Detail page which item has been scanned twice.

If necessary, remove the tag from the item, delete the tag from the application, and print a new tag for that item. Then rescan.
