Features
Reclassifying Dictionary Entries
Users are now able to reclassify dictionary entries. The current categories of dictionary entries are:
- Drug with NDC
- Drug with a Non-NDC Identifier
- Supply
This will allow hospitals to update dictionary entries that may have been created in the wrong category in the past or were created before one of the new categories existed. In order to reclassify a dictionary entry, the user will have to open the dictionary entry and can then select the new category at the top of the page.
Formulary Improvements
The following changes have been made to the Manage Formulary page:
- The look and feel of the filters has been updated
- Columns can now be added / hidden based on user preference using the View Options setting
- The formulary can be downloaded, using the current column selection selected by the user
This allows hospitals to more quickly view information for items in their formulary, such as the out of fridge days setting, without having to open each item individually. Additionally, it makes filtering based on user inputs (ie. package type, dictionary type, refrigerated or multidose) easier.
Updates & Fixes ?
- Previously, when a user was being added that already existed at another hospital an error was displayed telling the customer to contact Account Management. The text of the error message has been updated to indicate that they should contact Support.
- Previously, when unknown tags were detected in a scan, a modal was displayed indicating that unknown tags were detected. There was a link to an old Help Juice page. This link has been removed and the user is directed to the current help center.
- The Data Service v3 tag registration endpoint was updated to make it more performant. This will allow partners such as MPI to bulk register tags rather than register them in individual requests.
- Package.deleted_at was unscoped from Sidekiq job query to prevent performance issues with the application until a index can be added for this column.
- IRB v3 Autocomplete was turned off for KC-API and Data-Service. This is a developer tool that has no impact on the customer.
