Features

New Look for Items Consumed and Removed

We have made some major improvements to one of our most popular reports. 'Items Consumed or Removed' now has some new filters.

We have added usage reasons into the filters of the report! You can narrow down your drug consumption data based on whether or not that drug was used on patient (consumed), expired out, recalled, damaged or pulled from a kit or tray for usage outside of KitCheck.

We have also rearranged the filter into much more user friendly format.

Cart Expirations

We've added even more detail to the Carts page to help you keep track of and manage expiring items. You should notice a new tab on your Manage Cart screen called 'Cart Expirations':

Selecting this tab will display the full list of items set to expire and expire soon on a cart. Making it easier to prepare meds to replace on the tray before the cart even returns to the pharmacy.

Bugs & Other Fixes

  • Medispan Update - We have performed our regularly scheduled update of Medispan formulary data.
  • Scanning Custom Items to bin - We've fixed a bug that was preventing users from scanning a batch of custom NDCs and adding them to a bin. You should now be able to batch scan custom items to bin the same way you can with manufacturer purchased items.
  • Kit Master Cloning - We've repaired an issue with copying and cloning Kit Masters. Previously, the generic product associations would not copy over from the original Kit Master to the new one. This has been fixed.
  • Barcode Scanning on First Log-in - We've fixed a small bug where users where not able to effectively use their barcode scanners the very first time they log-in. New users and users logging in for the first time should now be able to use their barcode scanners right away.
