Calendar Updates

We noticed there have been issues with the calendar-date selector in some places in KitCheck. This is the tool you use when entering in expiration dates for items or selecting date ranges for reports (pictured below). A few of you were reporting that the calendar seemed to be cut off at the top of your screen, or you couldn't see the very top in order to change the year. This has been fixed and you hopefully no longer experience any issues when using this tool. Please let us know if you do!

Decommissioned Items Alert

We have added a helpful alert message to let you know when you are scanning a batch where all or some of the items have been previously decommissioned by another user. The alert will look something like this!

You can always select the "Decommission" button again to change the decommission reason for the current batch.

  • Barcode Scanning on First Log-In- It was brought to our attention that new users and anyone logging in for the first time was not able to use their handheld barcode scanner in their first session. This issue has been repaired.
  • Location Assignment intermittent failures- Due to some timing issues in the backend of our application, kits and carts where occasionally not properly assigned to locations. Although this was rare you should no longer experienced these issues.
  • Password Reset Workflow Improvements- We have made a few improvements to the password reset workflow for all users. You should notice an improved user experience when resetting your password, most notably:
    • A link directly back to the log-in page after reset.
    • A prompt to reset your password again if you don't finish on the first attempt.
