Recall Management Update
We have added some new functionality to help you better manage recalls. Now you will see a yellow alert when attempting to print or associate tags for any med that has been entered as "Recalled" by two or more KitCheck hospitals.
Now, we have always warned you about items that you entered as "Recalled" in your Hospital Settings and for items that you accepted as "Network Recalls", but with this update you will be warned regardless of whether or not you entered the recall on your own or accepted it into your hospital.
This will hopefully provide an additional layer of security and help you avoid wasting tags on items, only to later find out they have been recalled.
Also please note, we will not stop you from creating tags. We are simply alerting you or your staff that they might want to proceed with some caution.
