Recall Management Update Part II

We are excited to announce an extremely important and timely update regarding recalls. Now when entering a recall into KitCheck you will be required to choose from a list recall reasons. The six recall reason options are:

• Manufacturer recall
• Non-recall return to pharmacy
• FDA Issued Recall Class I
• FDA Issued Recall Class II
• FDA Issued Recall Class III
• Other Recall Reason 

The recall reason will also surface when users receive a network recall, providing more information on the origin and reason for the network recall being triggered. Hopefully, this will help you better manage recalls and better understand network recalls in the future!

Bugs & Other Fixes

• We have fixed a bug on the charge sheet where the countdown to expiring soon days was off.
  You should see this accurately reflected moving forward.
• We heard a few complaints about password reset emails not being sent in a timely manner.
• Simply stated, the password reset emails were being backed up on a very slow delivery server. We have moved password reset emails to a faster priority server so you should be receiving them immediately moving forward. If you are trying to reset your password and don't receive the email in a timely manner please let us know by contacting our customer support line. Be sure to check you spam first!
