A multi-dose item is an individual item that contains more than one dose of a medication. Use the application to manage and track multi-dose vials. Items deemed as multi-dose are identified by the "bottle" icon across the system. Printing tags for multi-dose vials is similar to printing tags for refrigerated items. If the item contains multiple doses, select Alternate Expiration and enter the number of days after being marked as opened that the item should expire.
