"Print-on-behalf"

We've repaired an issue in the "print on behalf" functionality that was preventing users from printing certain formulary items. This only applies to users and hospitals who print and manage KitCheck tags on behalf of other hospitals. The "print on behalf of" functionality should work normally now.

Alternate Fills

We've fixed an issue on the 'Scan Details' page and on the 'Charge Sheet' where the name of alternate formulary item was not being displayed if you were only using one item to fulfill the segment/pocket. Now both the 'Scan Details' page and the 'Charge Sheet' will reflect the name of the formulary item that is in that pocket even if it is different from the segment name. This will help improve communication and eliminate confusion for both the staff processing the kit and the end users of the kit.

Shared Kits

We have improved the workflow for kits that are shared between hospitals. Previously, clicking the scan link for a kit that was recently scanned at a different hospital would throw up an error message. Now you will be able to view the scan details and information via the scan link even if it was scanned and processed at a different facility. This fix will only apply to hospitals that share kits with other hospitals or whose kits are processed at a central facility.

Report Subscriptions

An issue has been fixed with subscribed reports. A few weeks ago some users reported receiving blank reports even if they hadn't selected the 'Send if empty' option. Now, users who do not wish to receive their subscribed report if it contains no data will not receive them. Other subscriptions will remain unchanged.

Shelved Inventory/Bins

We've improved the searchability of our Shelved Inventory/Bins page. You should notice a substantial improvement in the search function of your bins, enabling you to more easily and quickly track down the bins you are looking for.
