Kit Activity report has a new filter!
Ever wanted to drill down the history of a specific kit or tray? Well, we have added a filter for specific Kit or Kit Label to our Kit Activity report. You can now drill down and see where and when any individual kit has been:
- Scanned
- Dispatched
- Assigned to a cart
- Assigned to a location
- Assigned a lock number
Simply select a Kit Master from the 'Kit Master' filter and then select the specific Kit or Tray from the 'Kit Label' filter and select your frame.
Helpful error message for disconnected Scanners
It happens. Sometimes cords get dislodged, switches get turned off and you may not notice that your blue Scanning Station is off-line.
We've got you covered! If you ever attempt to scan when your scanning station is not getting power or has been disconnected we will display a helpful error message instructing you to check your cables and reboot your scanner.
Still having issues? Don't worry our best-in-class support staff is here to assist you 24/7. Just give us a call or send us a message via Live Chat.
Smarter Network Recalls
We've made our flagship Network Recall functionality a little bit smarter and operating a bit closer to how hospitals are organized in the real world.
You will now only get notified about recalls if we see the item in your formulary, and only if the recall is entered by hospitals in two different Health Systems or Integrated Delivery Network (IDN). This should hopefully cut down on superfluous Network Recall notifications and only send you alerts for medications you actually have in your hospital.
We will be adding functionality in a few weeks that will allow you to trigger network recalls within your own System as well, so that functionality will not be lost.
And don't worry, we will always warn you before printing or associating tags that are tied to medications in our recall database.
Bugs & Other Fixes
- Medispan Update - We have performed our regularly scheduled update of Medispan formulary data.
- It had been brought to our attention that the KitCheck logo was not printing out on Billing Sheets and Pick Lists. We've fixed that!
- We've also corrected some misaligned buttons on the multi-kit Pick List page.
