You can decommission items in order to remove them from your hospital's inventory, ensuring kitted items and shelf stock counts remain accurate and up to date. Access the Decommission Items screen in the following ways:
Via the Decommission button on the Scan Details screen
Via the Decommission button on the Manage Items screen for a single item
Via the Decommission link on the Batch Item Verification screen.
After selecting the Decommission option, you will be prompted with a confirmation modal. Click Submit to finalize the decommission process and remove the selected items from the KitCheck application.
