Password Reset Update

We have completely revamped our password reset steps. Now when resetting your password, instead of being sent a temporary text password you will receive a temporary link that will enable you to select a new password.

Here is how it will work:

  1. If you have forgotten your password. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the Log-In page and enter the email address that you use to log-in to KitCheck.
  2. Click the "Reset Password" button to trigger a password reset email to be sent to your inbox. Only push this once!
  3. An email will be sent to your account which contains the link to complete the password reset process. This link is completely unique and will expire in 24 hours.
If you should take more than 24 hours to reset your password you will have to request a new link. If you click "Reset Password" multiple times only the most recently sent link will work.
    Reminder!
The link will be sent from help@kitcheck.com or help@bluesight.com depending on which product you were using when you requesting the password reset. Be sure to check your spam folders.
  1. After clicking the link you will directed to Password Reset page where you will be asked to enter in a new password twice.

Please be aware that the password rules you see on these page will be specific to your hospital settings and password rules.
  2. After updating you password you should be automatically logged in and receive a confirmation email that your password has been reset.

In the event that the link to reset you password has expired or you have hit the "Password Reset" button repeatedly in a short span of time, all expired links will lead to the following landing page.
