Features

New User Interface for Adding Supplies in KitCheck

We have updated the User Interface for adding Supplies in KitCheck. Historically, if you wanted to add Supplies to KitCheck, they were added as a Custom Drug using the fields that were applicable to Supplies.

With this update, to add a Supply or Custom drug, you start out following the same workflow as before: Inventory>Manage Formulary>New Formulary Item>Toggle to 'Custom'. Now, instead of displaying the Custom Drug page immediately, you will be presented with a question: Are you adding a Drug or Supply?

If you select 'Drug', the existing Custom Drug page will populate and you can enter Custom Drug information. There have been no changes to this page to add a Custom Drug.

If you select 'Supply,' a new page will populate for users to enter fields that are applicable to Supplies.

To add a Supply, you will be required to enter a Supply Name and Supply ID, however if the Supply does not have a formal ID, you can re-enter the Supply Name or create an ID. The Package

Description will default to 'Supply/Other,' but you can update this and choose another option from the dropdown. Manufacturer Name and Expiring Soon (Days) fields are optional.

There is no change to the way Supplies function in KitCheck with this update. Adding a Supply using this new page will add this Supply to the KitCheck Formulary, you will be able to create and print tags, and add supplies to segments in Kit Masters.

Supplies created in KitCheck via the former workflow (Custom Drug workflow) will continue to function as expected.

Bugs & Other Fixes

Activity Analytics: Part of Tile Sort is Blocked by Dropdown: We fixed a bug where on the Activity Analytics Report, the third title 'Top Users By', the sort button was blocked by the dropdown menu (see image below).

We have implemented a re-design of this page to prevent the blocking of the sort button (see updated images below).

Forgot Password Link Immediately Expired & Users unable to reset password: A bug was fixed where if you attempted to go through the forgot password workflow (Click 'Forgot Password' link on login screen>enter email address and select 'Reset Password') when opening the Reset Password email and clicking on the link in the email to reset the password, the link was immediately expired and you were unable to reset the password. This has been resolved and the link in the reset password email now works as expected.
