Features

New Kit Master Setting: Assigned Cart and/or Location should not clear after Kit Scanned

We have added two new settings for Kit Masters:

  • Option to not clear a Kit's assigned Location after Scan back in the Pharmacy
  • Option to not clear a Kit's assigned Cart after Scan back in the Pharmacy

KitCheck Users who have permission to update a Kit Master's setting will be able to set one or both of these for a Kit Master.

Important Note!
These settings should NOT be used for Kits that constantly change Locations and/or Carts. Kits that ALWAYS go to the same location and/or that are ALWAYS assigned to the same Cart will benefit from these settings as you will not need to constantly re-add a Location or re-assign a Cart each time a Kit is scanned.

These settings do not impact any existing behavior related to assigning Kits to Cart or Location. All other existing behavior will function as expected.

Added Verification Details to Item Batch Summary Report Download

We have added valuable information about batch verification to the Item Batch Summary Report download.

The information that currently downloads in this report remains unchanged and is located in the first tab: Tagged Item Information.

  • We have added a new tab: Verification Details
  • Within the new 'Verification Details' tab, we have added columns for the following information:
    • EPC, Trusted, Trust Reason, Verified, Verification Method, Verified By, Verified At, Role(s)
    • Each row in the report represents a single item

This new tab provides all information needed to confirm an item has been verified, when and how it was verified, and the specific user and that user's role that performed the verification.

Bug Fixes

  • Can't update expiration of a batch that doesn't have a lot number:  There was a bug that prevented Pharmacists from updating a batch's expiration from the Item Batch Summary Report when that batch did not have a lot number. We have resolved the issue and expirations for these types of batches are able to be updated as expected.
