- Fixes an issue where the Billing Code Field does not allow blank spaces when editing/creating a segment.
- Fixes an issue where users with sufficient permissions are not able to update other users’ email addresses at the same hospital. This issue is most commonly seen for ControlCheck users who have access to the application at multiple hospitals.
