Features

2023 Sargas v7 and v9 SSL Cert Updates

Deployed Sargas v7 and v9 scanners have updated SSL certifications, good through 2024.

Updates & Fixes

Hospital Settings Not Saving

A bug was fixed where Hospital Users were unable to update and save Hospital Settings when a KitCheck-Admin Setting, that is, a setting only available to Bluesight Super Admins and NOT to Hospital Users, was not properly satisfied.

Moving forward, Hospital Users will be able to update Hospital Settings as long as the conditions of those Hospital Settings are satisfied.

Shortened Prices which end in 0

A bug was fixed where prices that end in zero(s) (e.g. $1.10) were shortened by dropping the zero(s) (e.g. $1.1).

Segment Improperly Deleted when “Original Equivalent” Deleted

A bug was fixed where Kit Segments were improperly deleted when the following conditions were satisfied: A) one (1) NDC is added to an empty Kit Segment, B) clinical equivalents are accepted for that NDC, C) no other NDCs are explicitly added. Under these circumstances, when the original NDC is deleted, the entire Segment would be deleted. This is because the Clinical Equivalents were not explicitly added to the Segment. KitCheck improperly viewed the Segment as empty and auto-deleted it.

Moving forward, when Clinical Equivalents are added to a Segment, their NDCs will be explicitly added to the Segment. Then, if the first NDC is deleted, the Clinical Equivalents remain in the Segment and the Segment is not deleted.

Non-caching of KitMaster changes

A bug was fixed where if KitMaster settings were updated, the changes were not manifested on the “Kits” page, nor the specific Kit’s page, until a hard refresh had occurred.

Moving forward, KitCheck will automatically push the updates to all relevant pages regardless of a user or system hard refresh.

Upcoming Features & Bug Fixes (next two releases)

End of the Year

  • Custom Charge Sheets
    • Users will be able to upload custom additions to Charge Sheets on a KitMaster basis. This will better enable hospitals to use KC for a variety of workflows.
