Three permissions were added to the default Pharmacist user role

1. verify_batch_scan
2. verify_single_item
3. create_trusted_item_tag

Medispan Item Strength With Non-Standard Strength Data - Backfill

Previously, a bug was fixed whereby Medispan-informed Formulary items with Non-Standard Item Strength Data (e.g. “10-20”) were displaying a null/empty Item Strength. Moving forward, we have added a second “Medispan Strength Unformatted” field which will display the Medispan Item Strength regardless of format or special characters. The existing Item Strength field will continue to only accept standard data. This specific work was to backfill all existing formulary items to include this data.
