The Ignored Recalls tab in the Item Recalls feature lists all the items that have been marked as Ignored from the Recommended or Added Recalls tabs.
Managers only!
You must have Manager-level permissions to access this feature.
To access the Item Recalls feature:
- From the User Account drop-down, select Hospital Settings.
- Select Item Recalls.
Ignored Recalls Table
The Ignored Recalls table displays the following information:
- NDC/HRI/UPC
- Item name
- Lot Number(s)
- Date Modified
- Recall Reason
- Reason Ignored
- Actions
You can sort the Ignored Recalls table with all headers except for Lot Number(s) and Actions.
Ignored Recalls Actions
In addition to the item information displayed in the table, you can also take the following action for an item by clicking on the icon in the Actions column:
- Add to Hospital - Move this item to the Added Recalls tab.
