Edit the Kit Name (Physical Label)

You can update the name of a Kit Master, but you cannot change the name of the kit's Physical Label. To change the physical label of an existing kit, you will need to submit a ticket to KitCheck Support. You can also decommission the kit and print a new kit tag.

• Your subject should be Rename Kit [Hospital Name].
• Include the Kit Master and Physical Label.
• Include the new name you want for your kit.
