Kit and Tray Sanitization Feature Enhancement
We have added functionality to enhance the 'Kit Master Sanitization Check' feature that was included in the last release (Release 159). This feature should continue to help hospitals keep track of sanitized Kits and Trays in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis and in the future.
For Kit Masters that have the “Sanitization Check” enabled, once you check the box indicating that the 'Tray has been sanitized' at Dispatch, the Charge Sheet that is printed will include a message indicating that this Kit has been sanitized. The message reads: “This kit has been cleaned and sanitized by Pharmacy”.
Kit Inventory Page Updates
We have added new features on the Kit Inventory page to allow our users to download and print data from the page.
Print PDF of Kit Inventory
From the Kit Inventory page, you now have the ability to print a PDF of your Kit Inventory via a 'Print PDF' button. The Kit Inventory page can be filtered using the existing drop downs (Filter by Kit Master, Location, and/or Cart) and all columns can be sorted to view and create a PDF of your data as needed.
Clicking the 'Print PDF' button will give you the option to print the current page by selecting 'Print Page' or printing all pages by selecting 'Print All'. Any filters or sorting that you have set for your Kits will be reflected in the contents of the PDF.

Download Excel of Kit Inventory
From the Kit Inventory page, you now have the ability to download an excel file of your Kit Inventory via a 'Download' button. The Kit Inventory page can be filtered using the existing drop downs (Filter by Kit Master, Location, and/or Cart) and any filters that you have set for your Kits will be reflected in the downloaded excel file. If there are no filters set, the download will include all kit inventory.
The excel file download will include the following columns: Kit Master Name, Physical Label, Last Scan Date, First Expiring, Location, Cart Name, Dispatch Lock, and Return Lock.
Bugs & Other Fixes:
- Item Expiration Report: Failures in Production- We fixed a bug where if you were trying to run the Item Expiration Report and your cursor was highlighting an NDC that is not included in your hospital's formulary, an error was occurring. We have identified and fixed the root cause of this issue and now if you do follow these steps, there is no longer an error. The report will generate and, as expected, will not contain any items in the result.
