Features

Kits Inventory Page Improvements

We have added the option for you to view all of your Kits on a single page from the Kits Page. The default view will display the paginated view with 50 Kits per page, and with this update, you will now have the ability to click a 'View All' button and switch the view to display all Kits.

This 'View All' option will only display when there are greater than 50 Kits that are displaying across multiple pages. If there are 50 Kits or less and they are already all displayed, you will not see an option to View All.

After clicking 'View All' and all Kits load to display on a single page, the buttons update to display page '1' and provides the option to 'View Less'. Clicking 'View Less' will revert the view back to paginated with 50 Kits per page.

Option to Prevent New Kits from being created for a Kit Master

As a KitCheck Manager you now have the ability to prevent new Kits from being created for a specific Kit Master. Managers can turn this setting on by navigating to the Edit Kit Master page for a Kit Master.

This setting will default to off for all existing Kit Masters and all newly made Kit Masters.

Checking this box for a Kit Master will prevent this Kit Master from being selected in the scrolling list to print a Kit Tag. The Kit Master will remain on the scrolling list, however it will display as greyed out. Hovering over the greyed out Kit Master name will display an informational message: "New Kits for this Kit Master cannot be created".

This feature will provide you with the option to prevent additional Kits from being created for a Kit Master, but will allow existing Kits for this Kit Master to function as expected. Therefore, users will continue to have the ability to Replace Kit Tags for existing Kits with this Kit Master.

Updated Layout: Kit Activity Report

We've updated the layout of the Kit Activity Report fields for an improved user experience. The date selector design update allows you to clearly see the start and end date being selected for the report range. The updated design for selecting activity allows you to easily check off the activities you would like to include on the report.

There is no change to the fields entered to run the report.

Bugs & Other Fixes:

New User was Directed to Password Reset Page Twice: Users at hospitals that require both a password reset on the first login and a new password on first login were experiencing a bug on initial login. After logging into the app for the first time and resetting their password via the 'Forgot Password' workflow, upon clicking the button to login after resetting the password, the user was redirected to the reset password page again and had to change their password a second time before logging in. The root cause of this bug has been identified and fixed in this release.

KitCheck UI Error for Perm_Identity upon logging in: Users accessing KitCheck on IE11 occasionally saw an error in the UI where the words 'Perm_Identity' appeared partially overlaying on the login screen where users enter their email address. The cause of the issue has been identified and fixed. Users will now no longer see this UI issue.
