Rename a Kit Master

In the Manage Kit Master screen, select from the Kit Master drop-down menu which kit type you would like to edit. Once the kit master is selected, you can rename the kit master by clicking by the Edit Settings link. The Edit Kit Master screen displays. After making your changes, click Update

Edit and Delete Segments Within a Kit Master

Select the kit master that contains the segment you want to edit from the drop-down menu. Next select the specific segment and the Edit Segment screen displays. Here you will be able set your Preferred Fill Option for this segment. To do this, click Edit. To delete a segment, click on the Delete Segment button.

Once Edit is selected, the Edit Preferred Fill Option screen displays. Select which formulary item you want to be the preferred option for this segment. To do this, search for the item in the Add Formulary Items field. Once the item has been located, decide if you want to add the specific formulary item or all formulary items associated with generic product. You can add as many formulary items to the segment as are applicable from your pharmacy. You can also rename the segment, adjust the quantity, and edit billing codes for the segment.

Add a New Segment

To add a new segment, select the kit master you would like to add it to and click New Segment . The New Segment screen displays and you can input the name of the segment, quantity, and billing code if applicable. If the preferred fill items have already been added to your formulary, these can be added as well.
