Fix an issue that causes a scanning error to occur when tags have an empty updated_at value
Update filters on the Manage Formulary page to include a Select All and Clear option, as well as a Reset All option, allowing users to reset all of their filters to their default selections
Horizontal scrolling on the Manage Formulary page is now supported when selecting multiple column options

Fix an issue where multiple pick lists are grouped together on one page in the same PDF instead of one pick list per page
Support scanning Fresenius Kabi tags on the Manage Items page
Update logos to the new KitCheck logo for the Billing Sheet, Pick List, and Charge Sheet
