Update 'Created By' Value
For pre-tagged items, the update allows the user to verify the pre-tagged items were tagged by the manufacturer. 
New Scanning Station Update

Update User Settings Verbiage
Updates have been made to the user settings page to give users the ability to set the dashboard as their start page in 'My Settings'.

Expired and Recalled Medication Numbers
- When there is a number greater than 0 showing in Expired and Recalled Medication, the numbers shown will be clickable. When the user clicks on the numbers they will be taken to the corresponding pre-filtered report.
Bug Fixes
An unexpected error banner is displayed at the top of the dashboard
- There was an issue where a validation error banner alert was showing at the top of the dashboard when the user first logs in, no error should be presented to the user. This has been fixed.
Intermittent validation failure in the admin creator tool, allowing for an invalid password to be chosen.
- User account passwords are required to contain at least one digit. There were instances where a generated password was missing a digit causing a validation error. This has been fixed.
