Features

Download Bin Details

We hear you, managing inventory is difficult and we are always looking for ways to improve on our features to help you better manage this task.

For our Shelved Inventory users you will now be able to download a report detailing the contents of your Bins broken down by NDC.

Navigate to your 'Bins' page under Inventory and download the newly improved Bin Inventory report.

Notice this report has a new tab called: "BY NDC"

Here you will find the details of your bin broken down by:

  • Bin Name
  • NDC
  • Manufacturer Name
  • Item Name
  • Package Size
  • Packages Strength
  • Number of Items

Hopefully you will be able to keep a more detailed accounting of your shelf stock and shelf contents for inventory management purposes with this new and improved level of detail.

Bugs & Other Fixes

  • Charge sheets and Scan Details with items that are expiring today will now read expiring "Today" instead of expiring in "0 days"
  • We fixed a column sorting issue in the 'Items Consumed or Removed' Report. Previously if the columns contained zeroes, the column would not sort properly. This should now work appropriately.
  • We have rectified an issue where red banner error messages and green banner success messages were interacting poorly. Namely, the banners would sometimes overlap making it unclear what the current state of the current activity was. This has been fixed so that the most recent message will now appear at the top of your screen.
  • We fixed an issue where shortage ranges were not being copied over when a Kit Master was cloned. This should work now!
  • We fixed a bug in the Network Recalls where you were seeing the same recall listed multiple times in the Network Recall table list. This wasn't causing repeated Network Recalls, but you were seeing more than one entry for each unique recall. You should only see a single entry for each network recall now.
