Updated Verbiage
The following two pages have updated verbiage to make the workflow clearer:
- For hospitals that do not assign locations to carts, we are no longer showing a message that warns users about cart locations updating when a location is assigned to a kit in a cart. Since those carts do not get assigned to a particular location, this message did not make sense. This was a followup item to a bug that was addressed in Release 191.
- On the Kits page, the informational message has been updated to "Select kits to edit Cart/Location Information, Print Pick List, or Delete Kits." This message will be displayed to users regardless of whether the "Needing Archive" checkbox is clicked. Previously, users would see different messages based on this checkbox, even though the checkbox does not change the functionality on the page. We also updated the alignment and click area of the checkbox.
Kit Activity Report: Added Status column
We noticed that it sometimes seemed like the Kit Activity report filters were seemingly not working properly because archived kits were not properly indicated. This report has been updated to include a "Status" column so that we can easily identify archived kits.
Bug Fixes
Activity Analytics graph: dates overlapping
As a result of a recent update to this page, the dates in the x-axis of the Activity Analytics graph were overlapping in the display for large date ranges. This has been fixed.
Toast Errors visible after logout
After a recent update to switch our error messages to toast notifications at the bottom of the screen, it was reported that these errors are visible even after users log out of KitCheck if they are not manually dismissed by the user. This has been fixed.
Creating a New Badge User with Existing User Badge results in double banners being displayed Users were previously seeing both a green success banner and a red error banner when trying to create a new badge user with an existing user badge. This workflow has been updated so that when an existing user badge is scanned, users will see a message below the "Badge" field that indicates that the scanned badge is already associated with an existing user.
Dashboard: Expired and Recalled Medication counts
Users reported that the Expired and Recalled Medication counts did not align with the data shown in the Item Recalls and Item Expirations reports. This was due to the dashboard count including data from archived kits.
This has been updated so that the data shown in the dashboard matches what is shown in the reports.
Dashboard: Footer placement
Users reported that the dashboard footer was overlapping with the Kit Processing widget when viewing data in the widget. This has been fixed.
